CREATE Understanding, is a brand new cultural exchange program for the 2017-2018 season, that is made up of a number of events. The goal of each of these events is to promote cutural exchange and understanding between students, teachers and parents. For 2017-2018 here are a few of the events planned:

CREATE / BESTIC International Summer Robotics Camp, July 31s, 2017 through August 7th, 2017.  Teams from China and the U.S. will work side by side to prepare for the upcoming season of the CREATE Open.  Teams will also have the opportunity to tour U.S. middle school and high schools, with a focus on potential international study opportunities.  More >

3rd World Robotics Congress in Beijing - A group of U.S. teams will be attending this event, August 23rd, 2017 - August 27th, 2017.  This event will include an international VRC robotics competition.  These teams are sponsored by our Chinese Partners, BESTIC and BDS Tech, as well as CREATE.

International CREATE Open Tournament, Shanghai, China - In November 2017, BESTIC in partnership with CREATE will host the first ever CREATE Open tournament in China.  This event will be a qualifier for the U.S. Open - Open Division, to be held in Council Bluffs, Iowa, in April, 2018
