CREATE Middle 2008-09 - Elevation

The CREATE Middle Robotics Competition will be an opportunity for middle school teams to compete against others their own age at the Robotics Championship of the Americas April 2nd-4th, 2009.  Any middle school team competing in any official VRC tournament automatically qualifies if they are: 

Qualification Criteria

  • Excellence Award Winner(s) (up to 2)
  • Tournament Semi-Finalists (and above)
  • Autonomous Challenge Winners and Runner-Ups
  • Driver Control Challenge Winners and Runner-Ups

Highlights

  • All students on the team must be in the 8th grade or younger.
  • This year's game is Elevation.
  • Winners of this tournament WILL qualify for the World Championships in Dallas, TX
  • Registration Fee: TBD
  • Autonomous Challenge
  • Driver Control Challenge

Middle school aged students are welcome to form a team and join a limited number of other teams to compete for a chance to attend the Robotics Championship of the Americas, April 2nd-4th, 2009.  To see a complete list of all VRC events visit www.robotevents.com

This tournament within a tournament will give middle school teams a unique opportunity to compete in a high energy, large scale event, while still competing against their own age group.
